Overview
Reign ("the app", "we") is a fitness tracking application that uses your device camera to count exercise repetitions and analyse movement form in real time.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored and protected. We believe in keeping this simple and honest.
Data We Collect

Camera Permission
The camera is used exclusively to detect body pose landmarks during an active workout session using Google ML Kit, which runs entirely on your device.
Data We Do Not Collect
- Precise GPS location
- Health data beyond self-reported workout reps and duration
- Payment information (no in-app purchases at this time)
- Your data is ever sold to any third party
- Your data is used for advertising purposes
Third-Party Services
Reign uses the following third-party services. Each is limited strictly to its stated purpose.
Cloud database and authentication. Your account and workout data is stored in Supabase's managed PostgreSQL infrastructure, protected by Row-Level Security.
supabase.com/privacy ↗On-device pose detection for exercise form analysis and rep counting. No data leaves your device via this library. All processing is entirely local.
Powers the Reign Commander AI coach. Your messages to the Commander are sent to Gemini via a secure, server-side proxy. Your workout context is used solely to generate coaching responses.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Workout sessions and chat history are retained indefinitely to power your personal records and coaching context — this history is what makes your AI coach improve over time.
Chat messages with the AI coach are retained to provide coaching context. You may request deletion of your chat history independently without deleting your full account.
You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days.
Data Security
We have implemented the following technical measures to protect your data:
Children's Privacy
Reign is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Account Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Reign account and associated data at any time by emailing dheepak39@gmail.com.
Once we receive your request, account deletion will be completed within 30 days.
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Profile information
- Workout history
- Rep and set data
- Territory and leaderboard entries
- Authentication credentials
